The main investment focus is European wide on office, retail and logistic Real Estate (see www.ubs.com for more information).
In support of the Asset Management and Acquisition in our UBS Real Estate office in Amsterdam we are looking for an ambitious intern for at least 5 months.
Internship description:
• Providing support in the daily management of real estate
• Investment calculations and presentation preparations
• Real Estate market research
• Implementation on asset upgrade strategies
• Support in the leasing of vacant properties
• Administrative support Asset Management
Education:
• Economics, Real Estate subjects preferable
Additional skills and requirements:
• Good knowledge in MS Office (especially Microsoft Office Excel)
• Good grades
• English and Dutch
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of the real estate
• Ambitious and eager to learn
