Who is the programme designed for?
This course is intended for graduates from higher professional education or university, with at least three years of management experience, operating in the construction industry and ready to make real changes with innovative and profitable entrepreneurship in mind: project managers, line managers, architects, planning developers and consultants employed by clients, contractors and suppliers in the construction industry.
Duration of the course
The programme is a two-year course with a study load of approximately 1800 hours. However, participants may spread the study over a maximum of five years.
The first year of the course consists of ten seminars, each lasting three consecutive days including two nights during the first year. Each seminar has a study load of 80 hours (including preparation and tests).
The second year comprises five seminars in total, one of which is a two-day introductory seminar. The other four are three-day seminars, with a total study load of around 1000 hours (including seminar attendance, preparation and tests).
Location
During the first year, the seminars are held alternately in Enschede (on the campus of the University of Twente) and in the vicinity of Delft.
In the second year, the seminar is held on campus at the University of Twente.

Program
The postgraduate course Financial and Investment Analist (FBA) is a practical orientated and prominent education. The courses will be given by the best teachers from the Netherlands and abroad. Those teachers were selected because of the many experiences at their own specialism.
During the program the participants develop their skills at the specialism “Financial and Investments”.
The education constantly refers to developments in the investment industry.
Whom is the program designed for?
The program is intended for professionals with a master degree from admitted economic and financial universities. The program is meant for financial professionals in different financial businesses. The admission requirements are very strict.
Duration of the education
The education is a two and a half year taking program with a study load of approximately 10 hours a week. The first four semesters are filled with lectures and the students have to write a paper in their last semester.
Location
The courses will be given in a special lecture hall from the ‘Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam’.

Master of Real Estate (MRE)
The Master of Real Estate is the integrated management education which is meant for the specialist who wants to grow to a more general and strategically orientated management position.
The educational program contains the following clusters:
• Financing and investing

De specific modules of those clusters are given during the different semesters. During the whole education the participants will work on a graduation project: “The Master proof”.

The MSRE education offers professional substantive knowledge at the area of real estate.
The MSRE title will be obtained when three of the seven independent educations and a Master Thesis have been finished. Those educations are:
